5.4.7 Fundraising Update
The 5.4.7 Arts Center has been built with a lot of hard work and help from many organizations and individuals. The 5.4.7 Arts Center has provided a first-class venue for the arts as well as provided a facility for community meetings and events. The world has taken notice of the building’s innovative design and sustainable features.
The 5.4.7 Arts Center Board of Directors and The University of Kansas are undertaking a campaign to complete the fundraising needed to pay the remaining $245,250 cost of the building. The University of Kansas has committed to raise $150,000 or more. The 5.4.7 Arts Center is obtaining a $75,000 loan from Great Plains Development, Inc. of Dodge City. This leaves $25,000 that the 5.4.7 Arts Center board is seeking to raise from donors.
Any help you can give is appreciated. Any additional funds that are raised above the $25,000 will be used to reduce the $75,000 loan amount.
