The modern architecture of this facility will be an exciting space for the arts to be made
available to our community. The building itself will be a work of art and will also be a teaching tool for residents and visitors to learn about green building practices. The facility will be located in the heart of Greensburg, next to the Big Well, one block from downtown, and adjacent to a proposed park.

This is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization led by a 8 member board of directors. We are seeking funding for the purchase of the building from Studio 804 upon completion of construction, as well as for operations and program funding.

At this time the estimated funding gap for the building is $300,000. We anticipate the need for further funding for the operation and program costs of the facility. This building and the programs that are held within it will provide great opportunities for our community and also for those who visit.
